We install the sun protection films with the utmost care and after thoroughly cleaning the windows several times. However, neither the air nor your vehicle is 100% dust-free, so despite caution and care, tiny dust inclusions cannot be avoided.

Some panes have a ceramic coating with a dot pattern applied by the manufacturer to the edge. For technical reasons, this coating varies in thickness and surface roughness. Films only adhere to this coating to a limited extent, so that in individual cases the dot pattern may be partially or completely visible. This optical feature is not grounds for complaint, as it is due to technical reasons and cannot be influenced by the installer.

The rear window and triangular window are often screen printed with black dots. This is where air and water usually collect, resulting in a lighter discoloration. However, you can improve the result significantly with a little rework. If lighter areas are still visible after about ten days of drying, carefully press on the affected areas from the inside. Use your finger/thumb to do this. From the outside, you can now see how the light edge disappears. Whether the white edge disappears completely depends on the vehicle or window manufacturer (height of the screen print). The flatter the border, the better the result. In individual cases, the dot grid may be unevenly visible. Since this optical feature is due to technical reasons and cannot be influenced during tinting, this is not a reason for complaint.

Drying usually takes 1 - 4 weeks. In summer, drying is often completed after a few days. However, to be on the safe side, the movable windows should not be opened for at least 2 weeks. During the drying process, streaks can be seen in the film. These disappear after the drying time. You can have the windows filmed in both winter and summer. The quality of the film is not affected, regardless of whether it is 30 degrees or - 30 degrees.
